Practice of Breathing

PRACTICE OF BREATHING as the main form of exchange between us and the environment.
Each lesson will take place in different spaces in which we will experience the exchange with different types of atmosphere.
During each session of the practice, with our eyes closed, we will focus on the sensation of the air flowing through the confines of our body (the nostrils and pores of our skin), trying to visualize the vital exchange of substances that keeps us connected to what surrounds us.
